Elena Fersch - brewmaster of Schneider Weisse has teamed up with DVB to create a beer that ticks all of the boxes between DVB's adventure and Schneider Weisse's long-standing tradition.

Bronze Medal Winners, Brewers Guild Awards 2023. Apricot Splash Wheat Beer is a hazy golden brew with a lingering white head. Its aroma is a vibrant blend of apricot, citrus, and grainy malt. The Orange Roughy's scientific name is Hoplostethus atlanticus. Which roughly translates as, hazy, hoppy pale ale with a tropical fruit aroma, citrus flavour, and malty backbone. In the past, the roughy has been subject to unsustainable practices - completely selling out. Thanks to the hard work of our brewers, numbers are now on the rise. Careful you don't exceed your quota, though.
