The Parson is a lively berry-scented drop with a hint of black pepper on the nose. Shiraz fruit floods the mouth with good depth and persistence, finishing dry and firm.

The Tiger Pinot Noir is a single vineyard wine made from grapes grown in Chard Farm's Tiger vineyard in the Lowburn sub-region. The vineyard is on sloping land up off the valley floor and this elevated cooler position allows the vineyard to ripen slowly, building layer upon layer of flavour nuance and soft silky tannins.

The rewarding taste profile is full and lush while being bone dry with a smooth finish. A blend of the best free run juices and press juices, fermented and aged in stainless steel with temperature control.
