Sourced from the estate's vineyards across Alexandra, Gibbston and Bannockburn, it offers enticing aromas of wild herbs, Black Doris plum, violet and schist, leading to a richly textured palate layered with black and red cherry fruit, warming spice and elegant balance. Very French and lively on the nose, bouquets of good dry crunchy fruit with characters of supple spice, apples and subdued cinnamon, peachy elements and sweet smelling clovey punch. Straight onto the palate with crisp apple and nectarine flavours, heightened profiles of rich cashew and toasty, yeasty brioche, simple almond characters with complexities of mint, confectioned citrus and vanilla.

Pale straw in colour, fresh, fruity and floral on the nose. The palate is full with delicate apple and pear fruit flavours complimented by smooth velvety bubbles.
