The Bergman Chardonnay is a full bodied bold Chardonnay. Stonefruit, melon, vanilla, biscuit and elegant oak all contribute to this complex wine which is totally barrel fermented.

This wine greets you with stylish stone fruit aromas of nectarine and apricot, which follow through on to the palate. The wine has a beautiful balance of crisp refreshing citrus flavours underpinned with rounded white fleshed peach, hints of warm biscuits and subtle oak notes on the creamy finish.

This Reserve Chardonnay is a full-blown, 100-percent barrel-fermented with brand new American oak barrels, 100% malolactic fermentation, sur lie, aged on its lees, and bâtonnage twice a month. When you taste that wine, you might think of a baked apple pie with a dollop of vanilla on top of it. From the decadent aromatics, to the velvety texture, to the complex finish, this is hand-crafted wine at its very best.

On the nose, expect vibrant aromas of bright citrus, freshly plucked apples and delicate white jasmine. On the palate, stone fruit notes are met with rich undertones of vanilla and clove, harmonized with warm spice and a touch of oak-derived toastiness. Pale straw in colour, this Sauvignon Blanc has a complex nose of paw paw, passionfruit, pineapple and a touch of cut grass and crushed herbs. The juicy palate is packed full of tropical fruits and lime zest with a hint of sweet pea and crunchy red capsicum. Good balance and refreshing acidity complete this expressive wine. Try with fresh seafood or light, seasonal salads.

An attractive, fresh and stylish Pinot Noir dominant rosé, full of Rainier cherry flavours and granite notes. Cranberry, watermelon and sea breeze aromas mingle on the nose. Elegant and well-balanced, this wine shows undertones of tamarillo, honeydew melon, oyster shell and subtle liquorish notes. The finish is clean and dry with a lick of salt.

A refreshingly dry pinot gris, filled with expressive aromas of Lily of the valley, biscotti, pear, and almond. The palate is well-balanced with mouthwatering acidity. Flavours of pine nut and pretty florals of Mexican orange blossom come through with Honeydew melon and cucumber on the finish.

This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from vineyards throughout Marlborough's Wairau Valley. A range of carefully selected aromatic and texture enhancing yeasts were used during fermentation. Parcels of wine were tasted and blended with precision to create a delicious Sauvignon Blanc which showcases classic Marlborough character.
