After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, allowing the oils to develop. Only after distillation is freshwater from the mountains added, giving the gin its fresh taste. Etsu Double Yuzu Gin is fresh with citrus notes and uses natural ingredients that give the gin a unique and light finish.
