A collaboration between Double Vision Brewing and Schneider Weisse came to fruition through the likes of Beervana. Elena Fersch - brewmaster of Schneider Weisse has teamed up with DVB to create a beer that ticks all of the boxes between DVB's adventure and Schneider Weisse's long-standing tradition.

Bronze Medal Winners, Brewers Guild Awards 2023. Apricot Splash Wheat Beer is a hazy golden brew with a lingering white head. Its aroma is a vibrant blend of apricot, citrus, and grainy malt. On the palate, it offers a smooth and creamy wheat base with gentle sweetness and biscuit-like malt, while the burst of apricot flavour takes center stage. The finish is clean and crisp, leaving a lingering essence of apricot. Dry hopped using New Zealand and USA hops for a super-fresh, super vibrant aroma, with a super-crisp, super-quenching finish.

The Orange Roughy's scientific name is Hoplostethus atlanticus. Which roughly translates as, hazy, hoppy pale ale with a tropical fruit aroma, citrus flavour, and malty backbone. In the past, the roughy has been subject to unsustainable practices - completely selling out. Thanks to the hard work of our brewers, numbers are now on the rise. Careful you don't exceed your quota, though.

As a young man, Richard Emerson was a huge fan of the Dunedin Sound. Being deaf, he couldn't hear the music, but he could feel it. From the jangling guitars reverberating through the speakers, to the buzz reverberating through the gigs. This beer is a tribute to The Sound, made with NZ hops for a bold local flavour, that will reverberate around your taste buds.

This is a classic West Coast (USA) style IPA. It has a dry finish, with limited malt sweetness, which accentuates the hop flavour and hop bitterness. So the beer is punchy on hop flavour, and firm lingering hop bitterness. The bitterness is 66 IBU - hoppy, bitter, dry.

A Low Carb beer that just isn't about being low carb, it is about the flavour. It is a Low Carb Pale Ale that has the incredible hop aroma and hop flavour you expect from a typical Epic beer. Luke Nicholas owner/founder of Epic Brewing Company says 'we were shocked when reading that Low Carb beer sales were greater than the total Craft Beer market in New Zealand. On hearing this I could feel the pain of a great number of drinkers who were drinking low carb, but at the cost of a really delicious beer.
